Refunds and Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable
Tickets for Autumn/Winter Seasons only may be exchanged with 48 hours notice and subject to availability. There is a £2.50 administration charge for each ticket exchanged.
In the event of a cancelled or abandoned performance due to circumstances outside of the Management’s control, tickets may be exchanged for any remaining performance during the same season subject to availability. Please retain your ticket for validation purposes.
Seating is provided and is unallocated, so early arrival will ensure a better selection. The Box Office, and Bar will be open 45 minutes before the performance begins for ticket collection and drinks.
Holy Trinity Church is a heated venue, but please feel free to bring extra layers if you wish.
There will be an on-site licensed bar and only alcohol purchased from here may be consumed at the venue.
Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the action.
Smoking and the use of mobile phones, cameras and other recording equipment is not permitted.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and make changes to the advertised programme.
Our venues are beautiful places and take a lot of work to look after, please respect this during your visit, and the environment of local residents when leaving the church. The Management kindly ask that you take any litter with you when leaving the venue.
This is the perfect time for open-air theatre, but please note that both audience and actors are not undercover. Performances will continue and not be cancelled - refunds and exchanges cannot be made due to the heat.
We advise you to bring sun-cream and hats, and wherever possible whilst picnicking and in the interval use the shade of the trees and buildings. Parasols maybe used but please be considerate to the audience members around you.
Also make sure you have a good supply of water with you. Bottled water is available at the bar.
Performances are never cancelled before the advertised starting time, and only then in the event of extreme bad weather. Once underway a performance will continue even if it does begin to rain, and the company will make every effort to complete the performance. The Management reserves the right to stop and start the action as necessary.
We kindly request that umbrellas are not used as they create problems of noise and visibility.
If cancellation or abandonment is unavoidable, you may exchange your ticket for any remaining performance during the same season subject to availability. In this instance, please retain your ticket for validation purposes. Refunds are NOT given.
Decisions on abandonment/cancellations are made solely by the Management and such a decision will not be made until the scheduled start time.
